Mockily provides online tools for creating mockups of:

• AI chat interfaces (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Comments sections (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Story mockups (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Snapchat)

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not create mockups for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent the source of mockups
• Not use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others
• Clearly label mockups as fake/simulated content when sharing
• Respect intellectual property rights of others

4. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Mockily to:

• Create content for identity theft or fraud
• Spread misinformation or fake news
• Harass, bully, or threaten individuals
• Impersonate public figures maliciously
• Create content that violates privacy laws
• Generate content for scams or phishing
• Violate any platform's terms of service

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to mockups you create. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process and display your content solely for providing the Service.

Our Property: Mockily branding, design, and code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform without permission.

6. Premium Features

Premium subscriptions include:

• Watermark-free exports
• High-resolution downloads
• Priority support
• Advanced customization features
• Commercial usage rights

Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed weekly, monthly, or as a one-time lifetime payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

7. Refund Policy

Weekly and monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial periods.
Lifetime subscriptions: 14-day money-back guarantee if unsatisfied.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mockily is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or completeness of mockups
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

9. Limitation of Liability

Mockily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for premium services in the past 12 months.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
